It further helps in employee on-boarding, payroll management, and talent management

Simple to use as an end-user, a Top-Notch security feature allows us to authenticate every user. It increases productivity and lowers the operation cost. The intuitive user interface makes it easy for our HR team to manage all employees in the field or remote working by assigning tasks and having a follow back.

• We changed our chart of accounts. The system does not allow you to change the numbering format, so we had to start over with new databases.
• The tax return portion of the software does not file local taxes. We would definitely like to see this functionality in the future.
• The payroll piece does not handle complicated move up and move downs for union pay. This could definitely be improved upon.

I do not work with this software anymore, and I am not involved with the renewal of it. However, if I were, I would still suggest using it unless something better was introduced

I would always prefer foundU for payrolls because it covers almost every module. And it’s really easy to use. It's cost efficient and it’s one of the best tools currently available for payment solutions.

Sage HRMS was very cost effective for a non-profit. It does all that we needed as a company and more. It also allows us to handle payroll ourselves instead of outsourcing [it].

I like how this tool is constantly improved and gives the best services like training employees, great channel feature which enables us to share information and messages, is also very useful. The support is there any time needed. It's a recommendable workforce management solution.
