It does take more time to search for clients and freelancers, though, since there is quite a range of both in experience, quality, and compensation (to be expected, but harder to weed through.) It's easy to use, you don't even know it's there, the screenshots are not disruptive. From the employee's side, it also helps you create an invoice with the hours you've worked on. The website is also easy to navigate.

Hubstaff has always responded to support requests in a timely manner and has kept me in the loop of changes. When contacting them about future changes/features they've always been upfront on whether that is a change they are looking to make and when that change may occur. Finally, if the person I have communicated with was unable to resolve, they always escalated to the next best person who can answer/resolve.

Also, I come to Freelancer.com when I urgently need a design layout of for marketing materials, especially when our only designer is on leave or sick leave.
