FreJun vs. KingSumo vs. Woobox

As an HR professional, I have to handle multiple calls a day. Using a phone continuously was something I was tired of, so with the help of FreJun Browser, calling made my work much easier and more efficient. Due to the browser calling and the click-to-call feature, I would rate it 9 out of 10.

When I first started my business, I wanted to ensure that a lot of people understood who we were and why we were there. With KingSumo, it helped my business turn leads into loyal followers of our brand. I think in the world we live in, you have a short amount of time to try to win over the eyes of your prospective client, and the tools given to me by this software helped me immensely. Conversely, I think I should say while it was easy for us to learn this software and how to feel good about implementing it in our day to day lives, I think that some newer users to software such as this may be fearful of learning a software without a proper video tutorial.

I use Woobox for a poll/voting competition and I found it very helpful as it gathers the audience data very efficiently and provides the results in a very smart way. Woobox provides very limited features in the free version one cannot judge the capabilities of this excellent platform unless they purchase it.

• Woobox makes it easy to create a variety of promotions in their platform.
• The technology is intuitive to use and allows for a lot of customization.
• Woobox has a support team that is quick to respond and help.

• Nothing as such.

• Limited features on lesser plans
• The "no video tutorial" can be hard for some users
• Occasional glitchyness, but nothing not dealt with on other software

• Having an easier way to creative pictures for splash pages
• It gets a little complicated trying to add extra entry questions

I constantly use the product and they are continually evolving and developing new tools. The customer service is also US based and very efficient to address issues or questions.

It is user friendly application. And also if I miss the call and I was on break so it send the email notification as well so I get to know someone trying to connect with me

It is very intuitive and provides all necessary fields to begin promotions even if you have no graphic or programming skills

I have never noticed it down.

It is very fast. The only thing that has taking any sort of time is when it imports photos or videos from platforms such as Instagram or Twitter. But this is more due to refresh rates than the actual program.

They have always answered the phone in person and been able to answer question or resolve issues same day. Not open 24 hrs.

Easy to integrate with existing Facebook account.

Click to call feature, bulk dialing, call recording feature.

I think it is apples and oranges. Kingsumo has a purpose and sets out on an easy path to get you to where you need to be. Other test management software, in my opinion, have gimmicks to them, and what I am looking for in the small business world I am in is simplicity and ease. KingSumo does just that!

To be honest, I prefer Rafflecopter over Woobox. Good product, but I feel like Rafflecopter has more to offer the user.

• tracking call records

• More efficient with processes because of it
• Very cost-effective even for the smallest of businesses
• Return on Investment was great so far
• My whole team became adept at using it quickly

• ROI was great. People remembered our company and products after the contests. This of course has to do with how much money you spent promoting, but I think Woobox made it a simpler process for people to enter a contest.
