Freshteam vs. Loxo Talent Intelligence Platform

We were looking for an ATS which can generate detailed report on daily, weekly and monthly basis. This ATS does it best. It is fast and does not lag while using. Supports multiple logins and does not disturb any subusers. Not suitable for big sized companies as it still needs some more features to be added to make it appropriate for big firms.

It's great if paying for full suite of products and if you had a limited footprint within a market and needed traction. It definitely lends itself to the next generation of recruiters and does leverage AI well. It's fast and generally a stable platform that is fairly intuitive to use from the outset

• Moving interviews through each stage. It helps keep you stay organized and no one falls through the cracks.
• Communicating with people through the Freshteam email is easy and again it helps guide interviews through the process. It also reminds you to follow up with people when they will not move forward to the next stage.
• The hiring manager can log in and see the progress and notes at all times. You can also load your different interview questions in so the entire hiring committee can have everything in one place.

• User experience - most people at our company were extremely confused by Freshteam and I frequently struggled with the same task (i.e. adding users).
• Tracking applicant diversity - we ended up using Typeform to supplement Freshteam.
• Analytics - hard to use and not particularly useful.

• The training could be significantly expanded
• Some of the "basics" covered on more legacy crm/ATS software not adequately addressed by Loxo
• The interview process on Loxo is not intuitive and feels underdeveloped

Not usable, not able to undo the premium features to enable any downgrade request

[Loxo Recruitment Platform is] intuitive to learn and use[.] It would be better if you save searches, had mobile functionality, and had an easier to search the candidates with a NOT feature (not having specific attributes or an empty field)[.]

Zoho recruitment is also a decent product but we liked Freshteam over that just because of a few added advantages that this is giving to us, namely, we are using other products from Freshworks like Freshconnect. Secondly, Zoho does have less customer base compared to Freshworks. Hence we choose Freshworks over Zoho.

Loxo was more of a multifaceted product that lends itself to multi client serach agency work

• Budget friendly for small and medium sized businesses. This is the most affordable ATS with all the important features required.
• This has really given a good ROI overall.
• Overall we are having a good positive impact using Freshteam is highly recommended for small and medium sized firms.

• we've seen stong ROI on certain candidate campaigns
• Strong on technically focussed searches where technologies and languages matter
• our passive candidates have more than doubled
