Overall Satisfaction with Freshteam
We are using Freshteam as our ATS and it has complete solution for end-to-end recruitment. It has all the features that a good ATS needs to have. Very good for small and medium sized companies because of the features and pricing. The costing is very low comparing to other ATS in the market with more or less same features. The best thing about this ATS is the detailed report we can generate from it, few other ATS having this feature is asking for a very high cost. This ATS is solving our all the problems required for our work. It do not disturbs other works while simultaneous logins. Very simple to use and faster comparing to other available ATS.
- Gives detailed daily, weekly and monthly report the way you want to generate.
- The filters and tags really helps to keep things simple and effective.
- Lots of customization available that use can do from themselves without seeking help from Freshteam.
- No need for any other software for Onboarding or offer letter generation. This one ATS does all.
- Sometimes it asks to upload the CV in pdf format only which is irritating.
- The mobile version really sucks, need to do lots of work on that.
- Sometimes the search do not work and fails to find a candidate by Email or mobile number which already exists in the ATS.
- Customization can be given to the subusers also without extra charges.
- The detailed report that can be created for any duration.

I have used HirePro previous to Freshteam and Hirepro has some limitations. It does not give any report for analysis which is the major drawback it has. It is also not faster. It lags sometimes while using. Few major filters are missing which makes it difficult to work. Sometimes fails to upload CV in any format, we need to wait for sometime then it uploads after some time.
