Overall Satisfaction with Freshteam
We at Holofy using Freshteam for more than 2 years now, It is a great product to manage our recruitment system. The problems that are being solved by using the product - Recruitment Life cycle Interview Feedback sharing and capturing. Integration for 3rd party candidate evaluation forms/products. Employees documents management. Generating recruitment pipeline reports Overall this is a great product for Mid to large scale companies for an affordable price
Pros
- Recruitment Cycle Management.
- Integration with 3rd party evaluation products like Hacker-Earth.
- Powerful Report generation.
Cons
- Few more features can be added - Like Time management.
- Should work on mobile application.
- Report generation.
- Integration with 3rd party apps.
- This improved the productivity of my recruitment team.
Zoho recruitment is also a decent product but we liked Freshteam over that just because of a few added advantages that this is giving to us, namely, we are using other products from Freshworks like Freshconnect. Secondly, Zoho does have less customer base compared to Freshworks. Hence we choose Freshworks over Zoho.
