• Many competitors had functionality that FrontSpin is building over time
• We have had issues at times with emails attaching to SFDC records, and times where it would not get sent out of FrontSpin

Works much better than Xant - I would avoid that one at all costs. Is easier to use than Groove and Outreach but does lack some of the more advanced features.

• Positive impact - revenue has increased by about 10% in one year as all volumes increased by about 20-30%
