GetAccept vs. PDF Sign&Seal

GetAccept has shown great progress in the digital electronic signature market, we have had almost no problems since adopting it, although at some point we thought about stopping using the GetAccept server. It is very practical for both the client and the advisor using it. It has a very intuitive interface and the management is amazing.

PDF Sign&Seal is perfect if you have documents that need to be signed electronically. It may not be an excellent choice if you work off a mobile device or are on the road a majority of the time as there are better app alternatives that do a similar job signing docs electronically for you.

• The ability to forward agreements along with a video of me describing the agreements. It makes it more personalized and it's always well received by the recipient.
• You can track in real time when a document has been viewed and for how long.
• You can always reference the history of each client agreement. Easy access.

• The graphical interface needs some improvements, especially on the mobile version, to speed up the various operations.
• Some operations are not fully automated. For example, there are no templates available to create a contract proposal.
• GetAccept does not allow you to gradually monitor the changes made by customers.

• I'd like to see a stronger mobile interface or app
• Collaboration type of sharing would be welcome
• Integration with a Wacom bamboo type of tablet for signing

The Customer Support team was responsive. I typically submitted questions while I was using the app and via the web. The FAQ support base was alright. I cannot recall a time when I used that as opposed to connecting with a rep. I believe all communication was via email. Dalius was great at soliciting feedback. I particularly valued him offering support for best practices as it related to more strategic ways to use GetAccept.

Ease of use is very user-friendly in order to work on any task. It has the maximum features as compared to its competitors which are a quite useful and enhanced program that enables in order to do the CRM easy. Also, it provides particular support to the problems which we faced and resolve them asap.

PDF Sign&Seal is very intuitive and does not have a crazy high learning curve. Even a high-level exec who isn't computer savvy can use it without much difficulty. This is why we chose this software ultimately to help expedite getting signatures needed for vendor contracts passed through the right hands in quicker.

• Being able to engage prospects who have not signed the contract as quickly as you would have liked them is a huge plus.
• Being able to see how long the prospect has viewed certain parts of a proposal or contract is a massive added on value.

• Saved time reducing extra work, scanning, and emailing
• Reduces time needed to get signatures from other parties
• Cost of software was recuperated in a short amount of time
