Considered Both Products	GoCo Verified User Vice-President Chose GoCo we chose goco over paychex for benefits administration because it is broker agnostic. Paychex requires you to use their broker. I often find I know more about HR-related things than our customer support representative, and they're unable to share how GoCo will comply with legal changes.
