GoHire vs. Vibe HCM (discontinued)

If you need to hire one person then the software is a bit overkill for you. If you are looking to hire multiple people in different departments and would like to schedule interviews with multiple candidates, then this would be a good win for you. My company is a circus company, so we have to list multiple jobs often. This allows us to track those jobs and the people with ease.

It is best suited for companies that want their HR function streamlined and automated. It's also suited for companies that want their employees to engage more and collaborate on the same platform.

• Vibe HCM is highly configurable. That flexibility is extremely useful.
• The portal pages create a friendly user experience that aids in adoption.
• Vibe takes action on change requests and enhancements quickly.
• The number of employee self-service options allow for easy colleague use.

• Integration with third party software such as WordPress is lacking
• Didn't really have too many other major issues with the software

• Any areas of opportunity are discussed and addressed. They are incredibly open to suggestions and have an overall attitude of continuous improvement. No possibility goes unexplored.

It works just as advertised! Not always the case with solutions. Flexible and configurable!

World class service and support! Second to none!

The customer support team is responsive and always available for solving technical or implementation issues that may arise from clients.

GoHire helps more. They can help you make a perfect finish resume. They can so keep track on your application progress. You can also message companies about your application work status. And it's free to sign up. Their is always new job posting everyday. So this application is pretty popular compare to the rest.

We selected Vibe HCM about 2 1/2 years ago because they approached communication and the interaction between the employer and the employee so differently. It was a combination of connection and transaction. You have a system that meets the business need and functionality but that connects with your employee in such a fresh non-corporate way. It's not just about automating a process but building an environment that surrounds those daily business transactions that looks and feels how we interact on the web and social media. It totally transforms not only the user experience but the employers as well. It makes us think a little bit more about the touch points we have with our employees and how we want those to look/feel and resonate.

• Time is money. This software allows us to streamline the process of listing and reviewing candidates.
• The software allowed us to better see a "Birdseye" view of all the applicants that we have, to make more informed hiring decisions.
