It is the best available solution for small businesses due to the licensing model and the ease of use. For companies like us who implement this for customers, it is easy to implement and train users. Larger companies would prefer to use existing products that have been developed for their specific industry or department.

Amazing value for start-ups, but it takes a while to understand all the features, and time was wasted before proper onboarding took place. Well suited to startups or scale-ups with five salespeople or more but would stick for free if only have 2 or 3 and then apply.

  • Can be easily integrated with products like Sage or Outlook which most small companies use. This provides us with a great customer base.
  • It is quick to deploy and most of our customers start using the solutions in less than a week.
  • Very intuitive which makes training our customer easy and causes few support calls.

  • Workflows are very effective to help speed up tasks, sequences and reminders to manage the inbound pipeline.
  • The integrations with other apps make this a great hub to manage and see all activities and insights generated by our teams.
  • The solid reporting features and the customizations there all us to have clear daily, weekly and monthly oversight in how our teams are performing and improving.

  • In the latest version, the user interfaces has been greatly improved. Some customers disliked the older version.
  • Nothing else to complain about, maybe it can be made cheaper?

  • Not applying changes that are made to a sequence for contacts that are already enrolled. If I enroll contacts into a sequence and then fix an error in the sequence content, I have to unenroll and reenroll all contacts in order for the changes to be applied.
  • There's very limited organizational options on lists

To be honest there are some barriers due to which we are unable to use Hubspot at it's full potentials. The region that we work in has some restrictions that don't allow us to make calls or text which leaves us to just Email to the client.

Because when I needed help HubSpot responded immediately and provided me with the information I needed which enabled me to realize that HubSpot was even more customizable and easier to use than I thought! And I already thought HubSpot was very user friendly and easy to use, and then Support showed me how to manipulate the settings, columns and the appearance of the tool.

If you've had any prior experience with cloud based marketing automation or group communication tools, you can do the implementation without paid outside support. Though getting to a SLA (service level agreement) would be best achieved with the help of a third party who can facilitate

  • It really filled a gap in the market where small business could not afford expensive CRM solutions.
  • As we are implementing this as a solutions for our customers we don't pay for it, but it provides a monthly income from supporting the infrastructure this has been deployed on.

  • The implementation of payment links through HubSpot CRM has had a positive impact on our overall business objectives. It has allowed us to tap into a new market segment consisting of individuals who are not currently employed or do not have enough work hours for regular benefit deductions. We have successfully attracted and acquired customers who previously wouldn't have been able to enroll in benefits. This has resulted in revenue growth and expanded our customer base.
  • We introduced a subscription model accompanied by an affiliate program. Through this program, individuals can purchase the subscription and receive unique referral links to resell our benefits program. The implementation of this program has significantly increased our sales, as the affiliates actively promote and sell our offerings to their networks. This has led to increased revenue and boosted our market reach.
  • We have successfully implemented a 1-dollar processing fee strategy using HubSpot. When someone purchases a subscription, their benefits only start on the first day of the following month. By introducing this processing fee, we collect money upfront and can assess the payment's success before activating the benefits. This approach has helped us mitigate potential payment failures and improve cash flow management. It has also streamlined our administrative processes and reduced the number of manual interventions required, resulting in cost savings and shorter deal cycles.
