Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We needed a good CRM to capture all the leads coming from different marketing channels (Website inbound, paid ads, Events, and Conferences) and firstly qualify them and move them down the funnel. This is where HubSpot was of excellent support. They have a good process to score leads and move them across stages, so you know which leads to focus on and close the deal at the earliest.

Pros

  • Lead Scoring.
  • Funnel Management.
  • Dashboard creation.
  • Timely reporting and Analytics.

Cons

  • Little drag (Slow in updating records).
  • Need a walkthrough video at every step.
  • Configuring records is a lengthy process.
  • We were able to track good quality leads and push them to closure.
  • The leads were contacted within 24 hours so lead drops were minimum.
  • The sales and marketing team were accountable for generating leads and driving revenue becasue of AI-generated Targets.
Once you are set up with HubSpot CRM, it becomes difficult to use any other tool, as it integrates you into the workflow and makes it a habit to log in to HubSpot to identify tasks for the day. The overall ease of use is also a brilliant factor in using HubSpot. They push you towards deal closure and revenue generation.
Comparing all the CRMs, HubSpot has excellent third-party integration tools that can get you integrated with any native app within seconds and let you sync all the data instantly. The deal pipeline is well synchronized to help you prioritize deals and send contracts to win the deal and bring in business. I didn't find this in any other CRMs, and it's a very important factor for any startup to thrive.

Well Suited - If you have a small sales team and want to focus on your priority leads - Need a tool to frequently email your top of the funnel to ensure brand recall happens the fastest possible way Not Suited - If you are expecting excellent UI/UX with a gamified approach CRM - Looking for a quick easy to use CRM (HubSpot required technical knowledge to setup).
