Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Almost our whole organization uses Hubspot. The departments that use it include our marketing team, sales team, and operations team. We use Hubspot to keep all the departments aligned and on the same page when it comes to lead generation, account development, and project management.

Pros

  • The tool can be customized to fit your organization's needs.
  • It is very intuitive and easy for beginners to pick up and use.
  • It syncs quite nicely to email and internal communication tools.

Cons

  • At times, it feels like there are too many options, which can be overwhelming when trying to grasp all that it has to offer fully.
  • The reporting features are lacking. It can be challenging to pull and export reports to share with users who are not on Hubspot.
  • It appears to have more issues with Windows; it consistently logs out and requires re-login to the CRM and the HubSpot Outlook add-on.
  • It's challenging to put a number on it, but we had previously lost visibility into some accounts and projects before we started using HubSpot CRM. Deals were lost and projects stalled due to this lack of visibility.
  • We now have a shared CRM language that we can use across the organization. We now use Hubspot to manage pipeline stages and contact types. This has improved communication and understanding across our organization.
  • It has improved accountability and performance across the organization. We now have visibility into the activities and workloads of individual team members.
It's designed to get started quickly. The basic level of features and functions is elementary to use. It's highly adaptable to your organization's needs and how you want to utilize the CRM. It can be easily accessed via the web and mobile, and has been seamlessly integrated into other tools we use outside of Hubspot.
We've been using Hubspot for years and don't foresee making any changes away from it. It has been fully integrated into how our business operates. We ultimately selected HubSpot CRM because it had all the features and functions that our marketing, sales, and operations teams wanted. And it offered those features and functions at the right price point for our organization.

It's one of the leaders in the CRM space. It's easy to get new hires up to speed on how our organization uses it, as many of them have experience with it from their past employers. It's also easy and intuitive to use, allowing new users to get started quickly.
