I think it's appropriate for everyone that meets with customers, meets with people within their businesses. I even put my personal calendar on my work calendar. I'm just looking at it every day, so I think everyone could use it.
SimplyBook.me is actually well suited for product/service based business which require one to one involvement with clients or prospects or if the users need support. SimplyBook.me comes really handy for booking the concerned person's time slot as per their availibility or open time, both parties can see their availibility and connect/sync accordingly.
Enables users to set their "working hours" and others can see if they are setting up a meetings a moon symbol next to their name to show it is outside of that invitees working hours

The booking page is really helpful for external people who want to chat with me, but so few people use it, that it makes it more frustrating. The solution exists but nobody is using it. It needs to be highlighted more
You have to switch between email accounts or set up additional calendars to schedule work events vs personal events
integrations with other calendars don't update quickly, so sometimes a coworkers vacation doesn't show up in the calendar until much later
Schedule delay for beyond a day because there are times when I want to book beyond 3 or 4 days but I have to instead remember to come back before 1 day to set the reminder.
Confusing to pay for different features because many times I have found it unclear what features will be available to a paid user and what still will need to be paid for.
The interface is not easy, it takes time to adjust to things and find the options you find, navigation becomes relatively easier once you get the hang of the app.
The platform itself is pretty user friendly even if you don't have a technical background. You can easily schedule meetings, block out focus time, update your time off, and add meeting notes. The settings are easily mapped out in terms of functionality and if you need help you can easily search for an answer on Google search
Most of the other services we would use don't have the same integration with other Google services that Google Calendar has. The ability to view and set things from your email is very convenient. So is the ability to have your notifications automatically show up on an Android phone as a reminder.
This software works far better for this specific industry when placing candidates in the medical field. The reason why is client information for companies and candidates is important to provide to each party. Calendly does an okay job at this but the integration could use work. EngageBay has a lot of other tools and isn't primarily a calendar tool but the calendar has basic features we used.
In around an hour or so, I have been able to solve my worries about getting paid, organizing my time, leaving me the time and energy to teach and to concentrate on promoting my business.
It's allowed me, in one stroke, to move forward my plans to add native-speaking language tutors to engage in follow-up courses.
