For some very niche industries, it may be less effective. Cons	Google Sometimes Google does not pull relevant searches. I might search "marketing" and a plumber comes up. Google could use more filter categories like searching multiple cities or certain hours. Google could make sure companies are filling out the compensation for the job instead of leaving it up in the air. Alternatives Considered	Google I'd say Google for Jobs stacks up comparably with Indeed or Glassdoor but lags behind the functionality of LinkedIn. we use all of these, and find Glassdoor to be the most traditional setup and easier to use whereas Google for Jobs can get a little trickier.
