Gravity Forms vs. MiContact Center

Gravity Forms is fine for general use such as a contact form. It is not suitable for using in conjunction with their PayPal Checkout add-on.

We used to have Cloudagent from Ozonetel and due to multiple downtimes and frequent disconnects, It is a good tool for a well-settled call center but is not suitable for startups due to high procurement costs. But the sophistication makes up for the lack of support from the team. The tool is absolute bliss.

• Their PayPal checkout does not work as described.

• Can be little economic
• Hustle to find the right analysis
• Support can be improved

I need this for my forms and can't live without it.

Because I lost hours of time (revenue) trying to figure out why their PayPal Checkout add-on wasn't sending the correct data to PayPal. Although I followed Gravity Forms documentation and also reached out to support.

- Great Tool for contact center who would like to have all the processes under single roof - Premium features and best analytics to understand the process metrics - We have been able to onboard new joiner's easily without much support form the MITEl team and they have been working ever since.

• I recommended Gravity Forms to a client that accepts subscription payments online. After purchasing the plugin and the PayPal Checkout add-on, I spent hours and hours trying to get it to sync correctly with PayPal. It never did, so I ended up using PayPal's built-in buttons. Which defeated the whole purpose of purchasing Gravity Forms and the add-on. Gravity Form's support tried to help, but had no explanation as to why the PayPal checkout add-on wasn't working.
