Growave vs. Reevoo

After an exhaustive search, I was excited to choose Growave for my biz rewards & loyalty program, the Smile High Club™. The app is very customizeable so has checked off every requirement as far as our branding style guide goes. The greatest thing about Growave is its people. They are so kind, patient & know their stuff!! They always have an answer for me

Reevoo is a great tool to establish and improve brand awareness by letting customers speak about the products in a third-party platform. This gives the brands highly valuable content for further marketing as it is verified and authentic. The tool is not suitable for small brands and startup companies for its pricing structure that requires a strong customer base that is already established.

• Support - They respond to emails quickly and professionally.
• Coding - They are Shopify experts and will also try to find a solution to a request.
• They are also cost effective meaning we are able to progress with development of our site without the high cost some other agencies charge.

• The process of getting reviews is effective in terms of click rates and submitted reviews.
• The customer feedback is presented in a trustworthy fashion that is important for creating positive brand awareness.
• Easy installation by copying a short script into the tag manager.
• Advanced mobile platform.

• Not really anything there that would necessarily be needed, or that troubled the usage of the app. Of course, there were some "problems" or how I would better describe it "things that needed to be changed" when we first started with the app, but the back office is very easy to use and understand and if there was something, that couldn't be solved there, the customer service was very easy to respond, handle and solve the situation. So that's not really a drawback, because I guess it's a normal thing.
• The only thing that could be adapted, is that the emails are not multilingual. So it is not possible to translate them even with another translation app. So that's sort of bad for a multilingual shop, but is only a minor drawback.

• The pricing works on a per-quote basis. We would prefer a straight forward way to order and pay for the product.
• The tool is certainly aimed at established brands and top companies.

We're currently a small newly launched eCommerce business so our needs are pretty basic. This app is free and does what we need it to and Growave's customer support and their dev team are super patient, helpful and attentive.

They are super attentive and will work with you to make sure that Growave is properly integrated on your site. I had a few conversations with them. They always had prompt replies and they helped to create some custom solutions so that their modules matched the style of our website. It was overall a really great experience working with them.

Yotpo seems to have more ways to integrate your reviews with other features on your site, but Growave is a simple solution for people who aren't actively focusing their attention on reviews. Yotpo also seems to have better filters for negative keywords and swear words (important for children's toy company). However, Yotpo carries a much higher price tag.

We found Reevoo best suited for the types of campaigns we usually run on behalf of our clients. It is easy to implement after the onboarding process is completed. We prefer the way Reevoo presents the gathered customer data and feedback. It is also very robust, not trying to include too many different features.

• Consumers truly enjoy the loyalty point program.
• The App makes it very fluid for easy log in's by the consumer.
• E-mail Notifications and retention programs are effective.

• The boost in ROI for already great products is substantial with the viral effect of positive reviews.
• We were able to secure marketing contracts with the power of customer-generated content that Reevoo provides.
