We were looking for a simple platform for collecting reviews from the existing users that could be confidently used for marketing purposes. We had in mind a tool that would be both easy to implement into our pages and unobtrusive to use for the visitors to minimize friction. Reevoo is the right blend of those requirements. It connects the brands with their customers and potential leads in an effective way.
  • The process of getting reviews is effective in terms of click rates and submitted reviews.
  • The customer feedback is presented in a trustworthy fashion that is important for creating positive brand awareness.
  • Easy installation by copying a short script into the tag manager.
  • Advanced mobile platform.
  • The pricing works on a per-quote basis. We would prefer a straight forward way to order and pay for the product.
  • The tool is certainly aimed at established brands and top companies.
Reevoo is a great tool to establish and improve brand awareness by letting customers speak about the products in a third-party platform. This gives the brands highly valuable content for further marketing as it is verified and authentic. The tool is not suitable for small brands and startup companies for its pricing structure that requires a strong customer base that is already established.

It was used across the whole organisation to ensure that we bear in mind using this plugin to get as many product reviews as we could.
