We were launching an incentive and loyalty program for a client and they had so many questions. GrowSurf and their system basically gave us a script to follow and the setup, trainings, and tracking provided by their software made the project successful. At the end of the day, we use this and our clients use this to get started in loyalty and incentive programs from here on out.

Creating a referral program on your own is incredibly difficult and this tool allows for an automated system to send us an option to opt into the referral program. Their customer success team is very helpful and they're quick to get back to us when we have a question. We also love the ban feature when a customer abuses the referral program.
