Harver is a unique and efficient talent matching platform, this platform helps HR departments to easily identify the best talent for our open positions. Harver is easy to use and set up, has a solid user interface, with great integrations (quite limited, but good), plus it provides a pleasant experience for job seekers, making it easy for them to find the right job.

When it comes to finding relevant and competent candidate profiles, Snaphunt has actually done a better job for us than many other reputable job boards and recruitment platforms. Basically, we've been running a major portion of our recruitment process on autopilot since signing up on Snaphunt. There's hardly any lag time between a role opening up and the vacancy details being posted on the platform. Features like the available JD templates allow us to quickly punch in all requirements for the position. From there, Snaphunt's efficient applicant tracking and screening system does the rest

  • Customer Service initially was poor, but we now have a good account manager. However, compared to Checkster, (outmatch acquired) there is a clear service level difference.

Snaphunt does a better job when it comes to talent discovery and providing the right profiles for our open positions. Despite managing a vast pool of global talent, the platform delivers candidate profiles with matching skills and competencies better than most other job boards out there. On top of that, the user interface is simple and the screen is usually uncluttered, which makes for an even more efficient user experience for our recruiters.
