Pros:- It is very easy to deploy out of the box.- Has good integration with most large scale platform and Operating Systems.Cons:- Because it is SaaS based, the used cases are very specific.

Both WebEngage & CleverTap are equally good with some weighed advantages at both their ends. When it comes to an easy interface for user journey creation, CleverTap wins the race. When it comes to proper granularized segmentation skills, WebEngage takes a lead. I'd recommend WebEngage because of its extensive implementation capability and better use cases for segmentation and customizability.
