Hirebee.ai vs. Skeeled

In our company we like Hirebee as the most easy to use ATS which has everything we need to organize our hiring process.

As it is very user friendly, you can use it even in companies where people are not yet digital, they should not have any problem with the system. The implementation must be done in house so you need a small dedicated team. In our case, we put 5 people together for 1 day and were able to customize the system.

There are still some minor youth issues so you need to be a bit flexible.

• Integration with Zoom, Outlook Calendar, job boards, and career page makes it easy to manage everything from Hirebee.ai.
• Nice workflows and email templates for automating talking to applicants, and easy interview scheduling with Zoom and Outlook Calendar integration.
• All of your candidate information is in one place, and all the actions you need to take to manage your recruitment process are also in one place.

• Skeeled allows a diverse analysis of applicants.
• The time saving is very good as the whole recruitment process is significantly improved.
• The video function is very good and helps in the recruitment process, also because we often have applicants from abroad.

• LinkedIn integration is missing for converting connections into applicants, but we’re doing great utilizing HireBee’s job board integrations, and HireBee compensates with a sourcing extension [that] works well with LinkedIn.

• We save a lot of time on shortlisting due to workflows and feedback forms.
• Hirebee extension helps me a lot to convert candidates from LinkedIn to my dashboard.

• The lack of follow-up, on-line, regarding muli-posting on publications. An additional email is often required.
• A documentation on how to use Skeeled to share with the different users.
• A link with Outlook when scheduling interviews.

Very good

Skeeled is a userfriendly recruitment platform that enables a company to effectively follow-up their entire recruitment process

The support team is very reactive and competent. Being a young company, Skeeled also takes customer wishes into consideration for further developments.

lenghty and lots of actions

We recently switched to Hirebee.ai from SmartRecruiters. Hirebee.ai gave us a similar platform with more features and advantages. With Hirebee.ai, we can easily post jobs to many job boards and track our candidates with effective tools.

Reduction of the number of paper applications and CVs sent by email, centralized all the candidates’ information in one place. The things we value the most are candidate comparison, the comment section on the candidate profile, email templates and bulk emailing option, personal interview scheduling, and job multiposting. We would not change this tool to go back to our previous provider.

• I will continue using Hirebee because that's really what we need in our hiring.
• We save our time by automating the whole recruitment.

• We improved the overview about candidates in the different positions.
• Our recruitment process is faster. We save a lot of time and time is money!
• We can provide better KPIs about our recruitments.
