Hired vs. JobScore

Vettery is appropriate for a scaling business. Our company experienced tremendous growth and so it's truly helpful to have a tool fill in the gaps of a Talent Acquisition pipeline. Not every candidate is going to get hired, but that's okay. You find diamonds in the rough and you get a sense of what talent is out there to compare.

Companies that have not used an ATS before and instead rely on google docs and spreadsheets often fear moving to HR software out of misplaced concern over change management. Jobscore is built with such elegance that the training and education ramp is slim to none.

• Simple, clean UI.

• Resume grading
• Post interview feedback and notes
• Connect applicant resources (LinkedIn, resume, applicant questions)

• Their 'Connie' tool can be a bit invasive. Sometimes Recruiters go at a really fast pace and don't always use the Vettery email to ensure candidates are scheduled but the Connie tool will message you asking you to set up meetings even after they're on the calendar.

• Improved mobile experience

Good support from an account manager whose only job is to give you interviewing incentives but then not follow through on them.

Vettery has a selection of Sales and Finance candidates which is invaluable to our business. Hired mainly focuses on technical candidates, and while it's helpful, it's more pricey. For a company growing like ours, every penny counts, which means Vettery is the preferred tool in our organization to ensure we have a full top-of-funnel for Recruiting.

Jobscore wins on ease of use and therefore speed to value. Training lift is negligible as most users can get up to speed in a self-guided manner

• High investment of time for very little return.
• No candidates interview (over 20) were hired by our firm.

• Less time evaluating individual candidates
• Better interview process
