HYPR vs. RoboForm

Hypr is perfect for an office environment where security is paramount. Hypr give staff confidence and is a modern approach to keeping end users secure. Hypr 2fa can't be used when offline. (this is the same for other products in the market though. Hypr has amazing support if you ever need to reach out.

I use it on an almost hourly basis. With probably 10+ years of use, I have used it for everything and have found very little that it won't complete, but it isn't very good on mobile devices. I use it on my phone strictly as a reference because it does not work with either Samsung internet browser or Chrome for Android.

• Adds security to our network by removing passwords which can be compromised.
• Increases our security posture when applying for cybersecurity coverage.
• Ease of use for end users - staff love it.
• Hypr is modern, fresh and most of all secure.
• Simplifies our users life by not having to remember passwords.

• It remembers all our logons
• It has a good alphabetizing system
• You can store multiple users
• It also has a mobile app which is great

• I'd love to begin using Hypr for everything, including SSO - they may already do this but we haven't branched out yet.
• Hypr integrated their control center recently - this was a great move.
• Hosted RADIUS server would be nice instead of us hosting it.

• Recommend periodic purging of unused passwords.
• Offer a "compromised password" alert feature.
• Don't remind me about a recent update as often as you do now. (I might be able to control this on my desktop's notification settings?)

Hypr is easier to use that it's competitors. Hypr is better priced that it's competitors. Hypr has better support than it's competitors. Hypr is cooler that it's competitors. Hypr makes security seem very simple and offers peace of mind for end users. Hypr offer many integrations through one easy to use management center portal.

The number one alternative we see is LastPass. Many of our clients use it and are happy with it and I'm sure it's very close to RoboForm. I have personally used RoboForm for at least 10 years and have been extremely happy with it, so we did not do much comparing recently.

• We use if for workstation access
• We use it for securing our VPN.
• I have nothing negative to say about Hypr.
• It is costs effective for what we need
