PixelPoint would be well suited for any restaurant looking for a cheap entry level system that is easy to use. If you are looking for really advanced inventory I would recommend adding a separate company. If you are looking to get all your info in the cloud I believe they have an add on. We use Avero to extract to the cloud.

• Wider variety of sourcing configuration
• Product Documentation
• COM Features need to better so that Customer case handling is facilitated

• The labor tracking can improve to better track overtime and spread pay.
• HR tracking would be great.
• Take mobile payments.

The package of Sterling Order Management / Sterling Store / Sterling Call Center works very well and it supports the expansion to Geographies like US/EU/JP/China, some of hottest markets for e-commerce.

Warehouse Management System which is mainly focussed on warehouse fulfillment but not on the routing and availability tracking

• Cheap reliable system
• The labor module has caused some heartburn because of the overtime issue
