illume (discontinued) vs. Qulture.Rocks

Illume seems best to use for holidays, special occasions, and events, like birthdays, anniversaries, retirements, corporate or leadership development retreats, etc. It's less appropriate for cases where you don't have at least a few people to contribute to a card—it's still possible to create and send a card with only one or two contributors, but the tool's designed for groups and teams and allows unlimited contribution

In general, the information is very specific and very helpful. How, performance evaluations, sending and receiving [feedback,] personal development plans, and goal management. However, it leaves something to be desired in the synchronization of these activities and in the automatic sending of information to all employees in a practical way.

• Periodic feedbacks, where you can talk about your feelings, week after week.
• Recognizing others is easy and fun. You can be answered by the means of comments and likes, like social media.
• You can [establish] company strategies inside the platform as well.

• It would be great to have an inner messenger on the platform.
• Sometimes the calendar does not synchronize, so it would be interesting to see that functionality further developed.
• Perhaps it could be beneficial to have some tool that would provide weekly insights.

I didn't make any use related to Qulture.Rocks, I just use this product, I recently evaluated the usability of Playvox, as well as Qulture.Rocks is used in the organization where I work serving our users. These tools greatly assist in individual performance, so that we can achieve quality in our service.
