On this website, employees can give feedback on each other's achievements. Furthermore, it is the place to assess our relationship with our work and the company. That way it is possible to address issues such as the level of satisfaction with the workplace among employees.

The tool is used for 1:1 scheduling, feedbacks between leaders and subordinates, monitoring how the employees' work week was, and recording compliments for any employee in the company.

- The notifications field is confusing, sometimes I've read the notification but the "red ball" keeps showing that I missed something.
- I would like to be able to schedule 1:1 on the platform and sync with my google schedule.
- Still, on the notifications center, it would be nice to have the option to click "see more" to access the history, instead of having to scroll the navigation bar forever.

We're using at the whole organization as a feedback platform. We use it to give weekly feedback on mood and feeling about the past week of work, where we can tell our superiors and HR how was the last week, and why it was that way. Also, we use it to ask and give more detailed feedback. The company also run some research through it.

The platform is used across. We use it for different functionality. For example, we have the possibility to score 1:1 with anyone in the company, but in most cases, we use it with our leaders, when we need to ask questions or provide some kind of feedback. We are also able to consult the schedule of our OKRs on a daily basis, which brings employees closer to the main concerns of the company as an organic institution. It is noteworthy that we also have the opportunity to praise teams and demonstrate their engagement. It is worth mentioning that through Qulture.Rocks we can also monitor an internal tool called "EvoluWill", which serves as a method to monitor the development and progress of each team member, tracing their path through the company and projecting future professional goals.

Qulture.Rocks is being used by the whole organization as an important assessment and recognition tool between colleagues. All the platform is well-built, intuitive and you feel excited to use it. I can evaluate my company, have a sense of [organizational] climate and motivation, and also following my performance by the means of my leader's [feedback] at the same time.

- Recognizing others is easy and fun. You can be answered by the means of comments and likes, like social media.

Will Bank uses Qulture.Rocks across the whole organization. We use it a lot, on weekly basis to address and align our expectations with the leaders, share our feelings, professional or personal issues and challenges and also to give and receive feedback from the pairs. The principal business problem that the platform Qulture.Rocks addresses is gain time in the relations between leaders and employees, because with the weekly uses allows that the meetings 1:1 can be more concise once the both parts already knows the issues and they can focus in the solutions and action plans.

Qulture.Rocks is used throughout the company. At Qulture.Rocks we have feedbacks, employee evolution, scheduling a meeting with the leader, improvement points and a wall, where you can leave compliments for people in the company in general.

It is more being used by a department of Customer Experience, but whole organization uses this tool. The software is mostly used for feedbacks (one by one), OKR's alignment and praise between peers and colleagues. The software came to overcome the pain of not having a unified performance management as complete as Qulture.Rocks presented as a solution.

My experience with 10 months of Qulture.Rocks use
In the organization that I work [at] we use Qulture.Rocks to give our co-workers positive feedbacks about their work. We use it a lot to talk about any contributions that a colleague gives us, no matter if we're part of the same sector. It's been used by the whole organization, by all teams.
