The Qulture.Rocks platform provides greater agility and centralization in performance evaluations, in receiving and sending feedbacks, and [in] demonstrating goals and OKR's. This centralization makes it easier for users to have access to this information in a didactic and quick way so as not to interfere in their daily lives.

In general, the information is very specific and very helpful. How, performance evaluations, sending and receiving [feedback,] personal development plans, and goal management. However, it leaves something to be desired in the synchronization of these activities and in the automatic sending of information to all employees in a practical way.

Qulture.Rocks is being used by a large part of the organization, this tool is used here for internal research, in addition to evaluations from our leaders. This tool is used daily, it helps a lot in relation to our development. I like her, she maintains a formality and interaction in the work environment.

In these years of Qulture.Rocks usability, I don't have another tool for comparison, but Qulture.Rocks meets my requirements. I would just like to reinforce the field for subject search, to better filter the files that are present inside Qulture.Rocks. It is an exceptional tool, I am very happy to use Qulture.Rocks.

The platform is used across. We use it for different functionality. For example, we have the possibility to score 1:1 with anyone in the company, but in most cases, we use it with our leaders, when we need to ask questions or provide some kind of feedback. We are also able to consult the schedule of our OKRs on a daily basis, which brings employees closer to the main concerns of the company as an organic institution. It is noteworthy that we also have the opportunity to praise teams and demonstrate their engagement. It is worth mentioning that through Qulture.Rocks we can also monitor an internal tool called "EvoluWill", which serves as a method to monitor the development and progress of each team member, tracing their path through the company and projecting future professional goals.

  • Monitoring of the company's OKRs.
Cons
  • It would be great to have an inner messenger on the platform.
  • Sometimes the calendar does not synchronize, so it would be interesting to see that functionality further developed.
  • Perhaps it could be beneficial to have some tool that would provide weekly insights.
As I mentioned before, the big gains in using Qulture.Rocks are in the simplified way of being able to recognize the team's work in a very broad way. Furthermore, the possibility of following the career of each individual member of the company is something remarkable. I feel that Qulture.Rocks is able to contribute a lot to the scenario of new companies, such as startups, due to the younger audience. I don't think it would be suitable for more traditional companies, although they need to learn from this new era.

Qulture.Rocks is being used by the whole organization as an important assessment and recognition tool between colleagues. All the platform is well-built, intuitive and you feel excited to use it. I can evaluate my company, have a sense of [organizational] climate and motivation, and also following my performance by the means of my leader's [feedback] at the same time.
  • Periodic feedbacks, where you can talk about your feelings, week after week.
  • Recognizing others is easy and fun. You can be answered by the means of comments and likes, like social media.
  • You can [establish] company strategies inside the platform as well.
Cons
  • It's a little difficult adaptability between [the] English language and Portuguese. This is something. [that] has room for improvement.
  • Sometimes I have some update problems with my organization community. I receive a notification that does not exist.
  • Sometimes I don't receive all e-mails from Qulture.Rocks.
This platform is well-suited when it comes to [providing] feedback, giving recognition, and [establishing] OKRs [for] each area and department. Development is also aimed and used mainly by the means of weekly [feedback.]
This is less appropriate for daily conversations like is done on Slack because it's a platform more related to professional purposes.

Excellent platform to be used in applying feedbacks and alignment.

Qulture.Rocks nos permite ver a cultura como a força mais poderosa para mudar e evoluir. Assim, garantindo o reconhecimento e avaliando seus colaboradores para que alcancem a excelência em seu trabalho. Porém, sua implantação pode ser mais utilizada para medir e abranger outras áreas da empresa, principalmente em cargos de menor importância na instituição. A falta de uso por essas áreas demonstra que o Qulture.Rocks só se aplica a gestores e, portanto, pode gerar alguma inconsistência no que o Qulture.Rocks tem como tamanho, que é o reconhecimento de funcionários extremamente importantes para uma cultura sólida e de alto desempenho na instituição.
