On this website, employees can give feedback on each other's achievements. Furthermore, it is the place to assess our relationship with our work and the company. That way it is possible to address issues such as the level of satisfaction with the workplace among employees.

- The layout of the website could be a little more informative.
- The website could have an option to add emoji to the text.
- It could have more emotion buttons to posts at the site.
- The possibility to create a post to congratulate our peers. We have "mandou bem" which is a section to interact with our coworkers.
- The interaction that this website has with other programs. That makes our experience less tiring since we get to use many websites daily.
- The interaction with our leader in this website is effective. Weekly we have interaction on Qulture.Rocks.
