Overall Satisfaction with Qulture.Rocks

Qulture.Rocks is being used by the whole organization as an important assessment and recognition tool between colleagues. All the platform is well-built, intuitive and you feel excited to use it. • Recognizing others is easy and fun. You can be answered by the means of comments and likes, like social media.
  • You can [establish] company strategies inside the platform as well.
  • It's a little difficult adaptability between [the] English language and Portuguese. This is something. [that] has room for improvement.
  • Sometimes I have some update problems with my organization community. I receive a notification that does not exist.
  • Sometimes I don't receive all e-mails from Qulture.Rocks.
  • Feedback 1:1
  • The recognition tool, because is the most used and appreciated.
  • Having proximity of your leader using this platform even working remotely.
  • Improved communication of new related company content.
  • Qulture.Rocks have brought a more accurate mindset, aiming enhancement of processes quality. This is possible through the assessment tools.

This platform is well-suited when it comes to [providing] feedback, giving recognition, and [establishing] OKRs [for] each area and department. Development is also aimed and used mainly by the means of weekly [feedback.]
This is less appropriate for daily conversations like is done on Slack because it's a platform more related to professional purposes.
