Impraise vs. Vantage Circle

If you're a SMB looking for a cost-effective solution with a great team to support you in implementation, Impraise is a great solution! As you scale, or if your reviews are complex with various cycles during different timelines, this may not be the right tool for you. All and all, they provided flexibility to ensure our folks had productive feedback conversations 2x/year, and also gave folks the optionality to ask/give real-time and regular feedback above and beyond reviews.

I think Vantage Circle is a great idea and would recommend all the organizations to use it to motivate and reward their employees. As of now I don't see any scenario which is less appropriate. This initiative definitely works well for larger companies and gives good flexibility to the managers to reward their teams.

• Impraise was not a solution that could scale with us to 3,000+ employees.

• As reviews got more complex, it being less and less user friendly

• There are 100+ options to choose from. Very wide range of options - catering to a wide spectrum of people from all walks of life, age, taste, and background with diverse options.
• I never ever faced any issue- not even once, at the time of redemption & it was a smooth, seamless, wonderful & pleasant experience for me, always! Also, the redemption process is simple & could be done within a minute!
• This redemption could be used not only for any tangible purchases - also for invaluable experiences like holidays, fine dining, Hotel stays, Donations, Taxi rides, etc.

Vantage circle has user friendly UI, easy to use, and reachable support thats why i selected vantage circle. Vantage circle definitely a good choice agianst other stacks up as it offers many online shopping apps and it covered most of deals. Redeemption of the rewards is straight forward and easy to claim.

The support can be easily reachable via emailid ,contact number. I had a chance to contact them it was went smooth and got ghe quick response from them. They also provided the quick resolution.

Impraise is a strong tool for smaller teams given their high-touch customer service and flexible product. As you scale and need more integrated, complex solutions, a system like Workday may make more sense for your business.

Vantage Circle is better in terms of being more user-friendly and has a lot of different e-commerce sites to choose from ranging from food, fashion, health to travel and sports. It provides additional cashback if we order products from their platform which is an added advantage. The best thing is that there is no expiry date for the points earned.

I have never came across a scenario when the Vantage Circle was down or inaccessible and I was not able to redeem the vantage points. The platform is always available and the redemption process is very fast. Never faced the issue with the delay in the redemption of Vantage points.
