When we used Impraise, it was for the entire company and scaled with us from ~300 employees to 2,000+.
- Personalized customer service and high touch support
- Mobil friendly
- Generally customizable to fit various needs
- Impraise was not a solution that could scale with us to 3,000+ employees.
- It was not easily integrated with other HRIS and HR tools we were using
- As reviews got more complex, it being less and less user friendly
