Infor Global Human Resources (Infor GHR) vs. ServiceNow HR Service Delivery

None. I would not recommend the product at all. It is not intuitive and does not make it easy to view candidate or employee information. I feel that the ATS piece of Infor Global Human Resources was an afterthought for Lawson/Infor and that they created it simply to be able to say that it had an ATS and was a complete ERP product. I would not recommend the product either as an employer or a candidate.

The service request management function is excellent, but the system misses a bit in the UI (user interface) issue, which ends up being somewhat complex. So I believe there could be a tab on the platform with video tutorials to help with the experience, I don't know if it has, and if it does, it could have easier access so that all users know what it has and how to see it.
