InterSystems TrakCare vs. Stibo Systems Multidomain MDM

Well suited if you have no developers and need something up quickly to let users get into patient data. But if you want to go beyond the layout, organization, or access of the application, it’s an uphill battle and doesn’t scale at all. If you want to be able to evolve the product, it’s not easy whatsoever

Stibo Systems is a solution for companies with spare data to start doing Business Intelligence Analysis and forecasts. Several micro-operations of the companies are still managed by worksheets like Excel on desktops and sometimes on the cloud like Google Sheets. For these scenarios, the industries need to integrate this "outside of the system" data to analyze it. I recommend that Stibo Systems load all the worksheets to avoid losing data. Stibo needs improvement in Business Intelligence and Machine Learning.

• Quickly get a front end working into patient indexes.
• Integrates with InterSystems products.
• Works with IE well.

• Asset management
• Data sharing
• Page production

• Extensibility of features.
• Custom JavaScript/HTML/CSS support is almost nonexistent.
• Source control has to rely on serialization of entire compiled package of TrakCare instead of individual edited files.
• Transformations should handle everything instead of just non system default code.

• PDX which is newly launched and it looks very messy with so many configurations
• Digital asset handilng is still lacking features depth
• Product license is very expensive

It's a very powerful tool but made for the more IT focused user vs. a typical business user. Our team has knowledge of both sides but if we were to provide this to another internal team such as marketing or product, it would be a challenge due to functionality not being available in both their web app (user friendly) and workbench (backend focused)

InterSystems has great support, however TrakCare is a different experience and their knowledge of that product is far more limited. This is shown through the lack of documentation of the product.

Stibo has an easy-to-use API to use as DATA as a Service. I like SAP Master Data Governance, but I think Stibo has more specialization in integrating the relationships among the data tables. And then expose this data in the web API as a service. Stipo has documentation of cases for Retail and Logistics and how to integrate this spare data.

• Since I have this program I can safely say that our customers feel more comfortable in each of the business processes and relationships with our company.
• Stibo Systems Multidomain MDM is a great help that gives its users agility to manage and manipulate all their master data, this program is a total guarantee.
