Overall Satisfaction with Stibo Systems Multidomain MDM

Our organization uses Stibo Systems Multidomain MDM to pull together individual products and configure them as one unit. This process, which results in millions of options, was previously done by an internal software supplemented with manual effort. Now it's done by a few business individuals with little IT support due to it's ease of use.

It's a very powerful tool but made for the more IT focused user vs. a typical business user. Our team has knowledge of both sides but if we were to provide this to another internal team such as marketing or product, it would be a challenge due to functionality not being available in both their web app (user friendly) and workbench (backend focused).

Salsify, Paradigm, Acquia DAM (Widen)
This software has a variety of uses such as product information management at both the base and configured product level. Additionally, it provides easy ways to create and maintain relationships between products thus reducing manual efforts and duplicate data. However, if you're looking for a software for syndication of simpler products then I would recommend looking at a more user friendly interfaced product.
