iSmartRecruit vs. Mitratech TalentReef

The cost-effectiveness and flexibility of iSmartRecruit are impressive. It's a strategic investment that yields significant returns in recruitment success, in our opinion. Therefore, we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking top-tier recruitment software.

I rarely give 10/10, mainly because I have learned that that we can always learn new things and to grow. Thus, I feel that same applies to Talent Reef. While I struggled a bit in the beginning to use this application, It is probably that struggle that has made me a better user for being so persistent at using it. Now that I have more than just the basics I think for any size company the functionality of the program will work for them.

• Easy and quick access to clients, candidates, jobs and prospects.
• Posting our jobs to our websites.
• Uploading and parsing candidate resumes is simple.
• Keeping track of our placements or the candidates we don't place (and notes about why) help us as we consider people for future opportunities.

• We've been with talentReef nearly 2 years and our last 2 account managers have been great! Support was a concern right after we converted, but we were able to gain an account rep and began weekly calls until all the holes were plugged in.
• Linking ATS data and onboarding data eliminates the need for the applicant/new hire to enter the same information twice.
• We're now receiving system emails regarding upcoming new releases, which is helpful.

• Every system has some room for improvement. But no major issues were found, so it’s completely fine.
• he system comes with many features and is easy to use, but it still requires some form of training to use it to the fullest and get maximum advantages.
• Every staffing agency business has different needs and requirements. iSmartRecruit helps us to do that. Very quick to respond to requests. Sometimes, it may take more time if the requirement is complex.

• If any organization is looking to use TalentReef, I would suggest they make sure they have a project lead. TalentReef is a customizable platform that can be used to help your business. Your business will only get the full use out of the program if someone from within leads the project and communicates what they need from TalentReef. TalentReef can provide the basic needs, but the true value comes when you customize the program.

We have had very few issues with talentReef, but when we did they were resolved quickly and in a timely manner.

I have seen many products but iSmartRecruit won my trust due to being user friendly and having unique features as well excellent support

TalentReef has a better interface than SnagAJob, but that is just about it. SnagAJob did a very good job in applicant flow, however, they also advertise for other companies during the application process which is a major downside to their system. Newton is far superior not only with pricing but in support and functionality. After only 60 days with the system, I could not imagine going back to TalentReef ever again.

• It's eliminated the need to hire additional administrative staff. This is the single biggest savings.
• It has saved a lot of time that allows us to spend more of our time and resources responding to clients and candidates. Our clients and candidates feel we are more service-oriented and different than our competition. We've received referrals this way. Difficult to measure - but definitely huge items.

• The impact in terms of I-9's and E-Verify being completed accurately and quickly is immense. It is tough to put a price or ROI on avoiding any legal complications.
• All of our corporate locations now "speak the same language" in terms of applicants and new hire on-boarding.
