Jobma vs. CleverConnect

This is pretty much perfect if you are in a situation like us i.e, want to improve/replace your phone screening and ensure your clients only interview good candidates. It also works great for pretty much any role you might be hiring for since the video interview part happens early in the process. The only scenario where this might not be used in your recruitment process is if you hire a few people throughout the year. In that case, it probably doesn't make sense.

Choose applicants based on their conduct to decrease the possibility of employing someone who does not share their beliefs and does not take much time. To free up time and view applicant videos, you can set up
invitation scenarios.
Both the candidates' hard and soft talents may be automatically but uniquely assessed.

• I feel like their live video interview should be easier to set up. Right now it takes a few clicks to get it set up. There should just be an option to immediately do a live interview without the scheduling bit.
• We would like to be able to download our video interviews but I am told that is a GDPR/compliance thing they cannot do.

• CleverConnect's configuration and execution processes take a little while. For beginners, it's simply a matter of time and adjustment.

Works great. Its affordable and reliable. Great support. Whats not to like

I have used Spark Hire in my previous organization which is an alternate software for Jobma, but Spark Hire pricing is very expensive when compared to Jobma. So I would recommend always Jobma for its features and affordable pricing.

• Integration of Jobma into hiring tool kit has significantly reduces the interview rounds and time and fast-forward the complete interview process.
• It provides easy to easy dashboard and make it convenient for the hiring managers to track personal and team performances of recruiters that makes hiring more effective and objective driven.

• Find out about aspects that you will not find in the candidates' resumes.
• Learn about your prospects' motives and characteristics, then offer them.
• You can show off your diplomatic skills.
• You'll save time and have a more thorough applicant selection process.
