great for sending out duplicate forms to clients that require a signature, this is fine when you do not have to keep changing details on the form. What is limited is if we need to change elements that need to be signed or remove elements as the original form is loaded up as a Word document or PDF. There are a variety of selection options to ensure that the data fields can be customized to font color and size number of characters etc.

• AI search across all contracts
• Storing different types of contracts in separate workspaces, with different permissions on each workspace
• Reminding contract owners when to start discussions on renewals
• Basic reporting and lists of certain types of contracts for extraction

• I would like to see more in-depth reporting, ability to create graphs etc.
• Scrolling through lists of contracts could be quicker

• Page and element spacing can sometimes be different than expected.
• There should be more standardized fields for inserting into documents.

It's quite intuitive and easy to use and has a nice UI. Its features offer value for users

The AI features seemed better on Juro

DocuSign seems to be more commonly used and often times clients will ask if we can use that as opposed to Zoho Sign.

• Reduced time spent on new contract checks from 1 hour to 5 minutes
• Reduced time taken to answer generic questions from the business about our contractual landscape

• Zoho Sign was far more affordable for the simple uses we need. It simplified our processes at a very affordable price.
