Justuno Pop-Ups & CRO Tools vs. OptiMonk vs. OptinMonster

For sites which are not super high traffic, Justuno [Pop-Ups & CRO Tools] is a great way to get started with popups and email capture tools. If your site has a lot of sessions, the price gets prohibitive. There may be better pricing models from competitors in some cases.

OptiMonk is the perfect partner for website pop-ups. It makes lead collection super easy. The pop-ups are beautiful and completely customisable making it super easy to edit them and match with your brand persona. They are interactive but in no way irritating. People can have a seamless user experience browsing the website while the pop up shows up on the side.

OptinMonster is a perfect tool for companies that want to convert website visitors that leave without providing any information. Having more email addresses gives you more prospects to sell your products and services. You can use OptinMonster campaigns to generate leads on blog pages that normally lack a call to action, or use them to capture abandoning visitors on important product or service pages. It is generally a pop-up software, so it can't necessarily replace any plugin or software that handles web forms.

• If we have more than 5000 impressions, then we will have to take a paid plan. This might not be feasible for small businesses

• Analytics is probably the area for the biggest improvement. Other than showing how the number of visitors, number of conversions, and conversion rate, there isn't much else to the native analytics. It would be nice to see campaign metrics side by side. Otherwise, you have to view one campaign at a time. In the history of conversions graph, it doesn't overlay website traffic or show how the conversion rate has changed over time.
• The only other area that may use improvement is their capable integrations. There are a few that are not provided, such as Kartra and Salesforce.

I don't change the pop up texts and leave the service to work without tinkering. I don't particularly like the dashboard elements and design functionality. But the product does exactly what it is designed for.

I don't often need to contact their support team since their tools are quite easy to use and their documentation is well written. On the few occasions I haven't been able to find an answer on my own, their team was happy to help out in a timely manner.

Versus Yotpo, Justuno [Pop-Ups & CRO Tools] is light years better for email capture and newsletter signups. They offer fully robust targeting and customization, whereas Yotpo is primitive in these areas. Versus OptiMonk and others, it is similar. They all have the same approximate pricing model which is based on sessions per month on your site.

OptiMonk specialises in website pop-ups. As such they have a wide variety. They keep on improving with time and make the experience better. They also offer a lot of tips and free useful content for ecommerce websites.

Bitly link tracking can show us how content is resonating with our different audiences. Links do direct traffic to websites where a new visitor can be invited to subscribe to a newsletter. We can see a spike in traffic on a certain link and this can be connected to new subscriber growth as visitors react to the OptinMonster plugin. The two products co-exist effectively.

• For several clients that we have implemented OptinMonster for, we have had a significant increase in leads, which keeps our clients happy and we retain the business.
• Campaigns are quick to set up, so it saves us significant time versus having to go to a web developer to build pop-ups or web forms. We can add something that goes "on top" of the website and turn it on and off with ease or change display rules to adjust how we want to use it.
