Overall Satisfaction with OptinMonster

We use OptinMonster to help grow our email list and during every sale to target the right set of customers. It is exclusively used by our Marketing team, which is a bit more technical, but the drag-and-drop builder makes it easy enough for anyone to build campaigns if needed.
  • Lots of pre-designed campaigns to choose from that are fully customizable.
  • Customizable CSS for each campaign is built in.
  • There is no end date/time for campaigns to automatically turn them off.
  • We use OptinMonster during every sale to ensure we get the most revenue possible.
  • The campaign rules allow us to surface campaigns at the right time, to the right users, for optimal list growth.
We used to be Justuno customers but their editor kept overwriting a small bit of HTML that we needed written in a certain way to work with a plugin on our site. I contacted their support team who tried their best to help, but their tool just couldn't make it work. When I asked OptinMonster support if my code could be used as-is they confidently said yes. We haven't looked back!
I don't often need to contact their support team since their tools are quite easy to use and their documentation is well written. On the few occasions I haven't been able to find an answer on my own, their team was happy to help out in a timely manner.

OptinMonster is perfect for small to medium sized businesses that need a solution for on-site marketing and email list growth. It integrates with every email marketing software I've ever heard of and more. The pre-designed campaigns and simple editor make it easy enough for a non-technical person to build powerful campaigns. More technical users can build campaigns from scratch to meet their needs.

  • You can customize your CSS for each campaign as needed.
  • You have to remember to turn off your campaigns when they're over.
It is very well designed from both a UI and UX perspective. I've never been lost in the tool and building your rule sets is very easy—you'll have no problem hitting your target.
