KanbanFlow vs. We360.ai

Most of the project management software in existence today is focused on agile/sprint based processes. If your team happens to use Kanban instead, KanbanFlow is one of the best options for tracking work. It's quick to get started and learn and has a manageable feature set that won't overwhelm anyone.

During the pandemic, employees were working from home and we were having trouble assessing their performance and contribution that time. When we implimented We360.ai, this problem solved instantaneously. Employees also felt that their hardwork was being recognized and appreciated by their seniors.

• It has many Monitoring and productivity accessing features that are flawless for boosting the performance of the employees. One can have Top and bottom Users.
• On a Dashboard Present Day Attendance, Current and Previous Activity trend in a graphical format is available. In-App Usage Section you have the analysis of employee platform usage. Even with the latest snapshots.

• I'm not sure if it has this or not because I've only been using it for about 6 months but we haven't quite figured out how to archive things. We have lots of data on that main page from Q3 and Q4 of last year but we need to figure out how to get it away from our main page so we can focus on new things this quarter
• I know when I was first added there were a few things the admin had to do in order to do that. All I remember is that it wasn't simple for them to get me hooked up. They had to do a few steps and then I was granted access. I don't know what exactly but I had to wait.

• If We360.ai could incorporate a feature of Payroll, then it would be a great consolation to the employers. As the Dashboard already has leave management and Attendance system, it would be helpful if the payroll process is also included in the platform.
• It would be really wonderful if We360.ai had a feature that allows me to send text messages or custom notifications to an individual. That would make the tool a complete productivity enhancement, employee monitoring, and workplace collaboration tool.

I think if We360.ai also offered mobile app , that would be great and I would definitely renew. rather than that , everything is perfect.

Since some of my employees were working in international timings , We360.ai helped me implement it completely , they even had late shits and worked overtime but ultimately helped me get the product live in 2 days! Huge respect

I really like the simplicity and the subtasks found in KanbanFlow. It seems to be the easiest tool to get clients not using another method to use this without any challenges on their part. Trello has card dependencies, which is a nice touch. Trello also has a lot of add-ons, but I find them to be a little glitchy. Kanban Tool has really nice reporting and analytics.

We360.ai has enabled us to track and enhance the productivity of the workplace. We360.ai have a list of features that allowed us to drive operational and management task efficiently. With features like Activity logs, Application Usage one can track the ongoing activity of the employees. With the help of We360.ai, we are able to handle the Tasks and Projects efficiently. The Health 360 helped us to maintain a healthy and productive workplace. With its insights, we are able to allocate the task efficiently. Thus creating proper balance in the team.
