Terapeak makes sense for people looking to sell a lot of items or resellers. It does not make sense for people selling one-off items or individuals looking to simply spring clean. It is great for determining pricing, what to start auctions at, and figuring out a shipping/returns strategy (whether or not to offer free shipping, have the buyer pay shipping, and if you should have returns allowed.) I would not recommend it if you just want to move the item out of your house or if you do not care what price an item sells for.
Read full review Pros De-anonymizes website activity at the account (company) level. Identifies net new target accounts. Displays click path, time on page, time per session, and engagement level of each de-anonymized website visit. Gives great daily insight on watchlists you've set up. Delivers every possible de-anonymized visit with little filtering for accuracy. More on the watchlists. I really love that you can receive immediate alerts on website visits from accounts you've listed on your watchlists. This way, you never miss the window of opportunity to reach out to your key targets while they are currently on your site. Salesforce integration is good. KickFire pushes most recent website visits, pages visited, website click path, activity percent change, and more to the given account in Salesforce. You can then create reports and run them regularly to see which accounts are surging in website activity. This is also great for account prospecting, and for planning your sales outreach plan of attack. You can see which bits of your website content are most interesting to the company, and which products they are most interested in. Helps with determining shipping/whether to turn on free shipping or not. Helps with sourcing and deciding whether to pay up for certain items. Why can't I use it with other platforms like Mercari, Poshmark, etc.? I don't like that I have to pay for this feature. Other selling platforms provide their sold information free of charge. It feels antiquated. I need to click through many menus and tabs to price items. I wish it would automatically move me through the pages, instead of making me fill out the information, then hit "next" or "enter." Read full review Likelihood to Renew

I covered this pretty extensively in the cons. The key differentiator here is that KickFire serves up almost all the data (or so it seems) to the end client. The client then has to do their own work on interpreting it. This is good because it means we don't miss out on any website activities, but it's bad because we get a lot of false positives. 6sense uses the confidence score approach I mentioned in the Cons section, which means the match rates of the data we get are much higher. Our experience with
comes from other tools that are built on it (
, Drift, etc.), and it has not been great. We've seen many more inaccuracies with

Terapeak can't be beaten for selling on eBay, because it is part and parcel with eBay. For comparable listings on other sites, I prefer Sellhound and
. I find that
are more helpful for SEO and getting to the top of Google's search results. I feel that I get more eyes on my products using other services when I am not specifically selling through eBay. But on eBay, Terapeak is the only service I will use.

We did not price our items up too much but made them competitive with the market. We made more money using Terapeak than we would have without it because we did not under-price items. Terapeak gave accurate comparable sold listings. One negative impact was simply the cost. It was about $20/month and was set up to auto-renew. We forgot to cancel our membership and accidentally paid for a service we weren't using. Read full review ScreenShots
