Kixie vs. Sales Dialers Pro

Suited if you want to hear old calls. Not suited for teaching new SDR's how to talk or what a good call is and why. Kixie doesn't transcribe either.

I believe Intercloud9 and Mojo are both way better in all areas

• Kixie integrates seamlessly with our CRM (Zoho), meaning it updates call notes directly on the customer's CRM profile.
• The one-click dialing feature directly through our CRM is a great feature. It's so simple; just search for a name, one-click, and you are on the phone.
• The local presence feature is a nice touch for cold calls. It provides a local area code when cold calling to increase the likelihood of an answer to the call.

• User interface, sometimes the list you are calling on the tool can glitch and not show you the info of the lead.
• Integration with more CRMs like Agencyzoom
• An email automation option similar to text messages.

• Ability to customize is lacking
• Overall call quality and system quality is poor
• Reporting and getting information out of the system is almost impossible
• Managers cannot access reps' info, they have to log in as the rep

Kixie provides a nice user interface. There is a bit of a learning curve to load leads but it's not difficult. It's just learning where to go and how to load lists for the reps. Once you have it figured out, it's easy to get lists loaded for reps and give them the ability to manage those leads

Mojo and InterCloud9 are far superior in all ways.

• Kixie's dialer allows us to dial directly from our CRM
• The voicemail drop feature saves time and allows our BDRs to move on to the next call right away
• The automatic log calling saves even more time instead of having to log the call manually

• Negative impact, as I did not use their software after the paid trial and they still charged me for the next month and refused to refund it.
• They were rude
• Customer service was terrible
