The challenge can be when you need something more customized. I think they have the ability to basically do anything you need but they don't necessarily have the bandwidth to get it all done when you need it. If you are large organization, have a lot of email records and/or send out texts very frequently throughout the month Trumpia may not be the most cost effective option. Alternatives Considered	Liftoff Mobile They are very similar actually. What I like about Liftoff though is that we don't have to use 3rd party applications to do what we need which can add up super quickly. If we are in need of customer service, the staff is knowledgeable about everything since the functions are native functions.
