Its offerings include a wellness platform, multimedia health content, holistic on-site and virtual wellness services. Wellable works with employers, health plans and properties of all sizes across the world, with active users in more than 35 different countries.
Our experience with Virgin Pulse was somewhat hindered as we still had much of our legacy system from Preventure when VP purchased them. The technology and activities that Limeade offers are in a whole different league compared to VP.
Limeade ONE is great for office-based work staff where the staff has easy access to a computer. It has struggled a bit in our manufacturing locations where associates don't have time during the workday to utilize the application and may not have a smartphone or computer to access the platform outside of work.
It's well suited for businesses who are looking for a way to approach employee wellness in a fun and fresh manner. It also helps create a little more connection between teams within the business and across other departments.
We love the variety of activities Wellable offers and the secondary platforms it's able to connect to. All of our team members were able to use link the apps that they were already using to the Wellable platform. Even our team members that do not use wearable devices can go in and manually input their exercises to receive points. This makes it accessible for all users.
Wellable makes it so easy for us to manage this program. They make it so that we have very little to do on our end to keep the program running smoothly. It really helps us continue to focus on the business while still being able to offer a great program like this.
The support team is just the best! They answer questions really quickly and would usually go above and beyond to help us diagnose and fix the problems. Admin support from the account managers is also great!

DESTROYS the competition. I am so happy that Virgin Pulse took over the capabilities that Gilsbar was in charge of due to Gilsbar 's lack of user-friendly, up to date, technology.
