Likelihood to Recommend	Lob Lob is working well for batched or scheduled jobs where timing isn't as critical. For items that need to be sent quickly, it's still faster to manually produce. The system can be setup to automatically send-out e-mail and text communication to students and departments, alerting them to the package's arrival. Packages can then be signed-for by students and/or departments either at the mail room or elsewhere since the system is completely cloud-based. We would be told one thing which would then change moments later. Documentation also was severely lacking making implementation without assistance near impossible. Return on Investment	Lob Extremely positive reducing cost of managing the mail production process and spending on paper, printers, and printer supplies.
