Read full review Some key questions would include how many users need to view the reviews, what functionality is given to the various users and how often the reviews need to be delivered. Those were important options for us in choosing this platform. Knowing we could customize the reports for each user was a nice feature.

Any questions or concerns I had were answered promptly and handled quickly! Review Trackers makes requesting reviews more professional with their customized templates. They also make it easy to direct patients to whichever particular review sites we'd like them to review on. Review Trackers has made monitoring our online traffic and reviews much easier. We will always find the need for improvement with any solution we use but LocalClarity's is near perfect and I have no doubt, based on my personal interactions with the LocalClarity team, the solution will continue to be near perfect. I know there are technical challenges for doing this, but it would allow my team to respond to customers immediately rather than sometimes having to wait until the next day. I'd like to be able to manage users through locations, meaning I want to open a location in the dashboard and manage users from there rather than managing locations from the user management section. This would make it a little easier to make sure that the right users have been assigned to the right locations. Audits of review site URLs set for my locations should be automated. I have to go in every so often to make sure everything is still accurate. If accurate URLs are not set reviews will not be pulled. Read full review Likelihood to Renew No complaints. For a great price, we get exactly what we need out of it. Templates for review requests, as well as the ability to monitor the requests coming in and what our patients are saying about our services. It also gives the patients easy access to a direct link to review sites.

Read full review Alternatives Considered None of the above keep up with LocalClarity. That's the reason we decided to partner with LocalClarity and we're proud to have done so. It's one thing to use the solution for yourself but when you engage a leading brand client you already have a relationship with to a solution, making a mistake is not an option...and not once have we felt we made a mistake introducing LocalClarity to any of our existing clients.
Read full review We did some internet searches for a product like this and we found that review trackers had what we were looking for. I was able to call the day I decided to move forward with the product and arrange for a demo. I signed up the same day and am very satisfied with the outcome.
Read full review Return on Investment As a reseller, LocalClarity is an easy proposition to sell as it's simple, uncluterred, uncomplicated and highly affordable. Due to the way LocalClarity was designed, it provides an automatic reduction in the resources required to handle the daily needs of a mideum to large multi-location chain...and who doesnt like to get the job done right with less resources and costs! With the use of LocalClarity, even as a simplistic example, our clients see an increase in their review ratings, an increase in the number of reviewers posting reviews, an an increase in brand stakeholder engagement working diligently improve customer satisfaction.
