Likelihood to Recommend I use Loopio specifically for RFP's mostly. I think it is a great and adequate tool for this and much of what I think that needs to improve are not large needle movers for me since the software as a whole is fantastic. It is very easy to upload an RFP into Loopio and begin answering those questions or pulling from previously answered questions. I also will use Loopio for large client proposals and I often use the "search functionality within Loopio to see if I can find answers to clients questions. I like that I can also pull images from Loopio as well and often use those visualizations in my proposals.
Read full review NiftyQuoter is so simple to use that when we have a new employee it is not difficult to train them ow to creat quotes. I also think that most customers appreciate the ease of navigating in NiftyQuoter. If you are pumping out between 25-50 quotes per week it is super easy to track them all as well.
Read full review Pros Ease of use - a few minutes' tutorial is enough for a newcomer to start using the tool. Handy options - i.e. support in searching for the right answer Often meaningful & useful releases Read full review Is easy to create new proposals with templates, themes & modules based approach. It provides us data about what is happening on the client's side. When they reviewed our proposal, how many times, and who they shared it with. Provides good integration with many other apps, which help us save time. Read full review Cons Adding new answers to the library was easier and better with the "close the loop" functionality. Now, it seems like it is easier to miss questions to add to the library. Read full review I personally wish there was a function to switch from a military time to a regular time like most people would use. I think that it could be more clear to the client as to where they need to go to accept the quote. Often times I will get calls saying they do not see an accept the quote option available. NiftyQuoter has a hard time for some reason remembering your password. It seems most of the time I have to manually type my email and password in and I wish it would just remember that for me. Read full review Usability Usability is good but falls short of excellent. The interface is clean and well organized. They clearly spent some time working on the UI and took some feedback from focus groups to help keep it tidy. On a few occasions, we have experienced a little bit of lag while updating the question database. I'd like to see just a little faster response time on a consistent basis.
Read full review This Software is so easy to use we can typically train people on how to use the basics within an hour or two. Some of the more unique features will take longer but all in all, it is super user-friendly and I have heard very little otherwise from our team. I will say for me personally it is a truly great software that makes my work way easier than it would be without it.
Read full review Support Rating They're very supportive and reply in a timely manner. Whenever I contacted the support I received a helpful reply that actually solved my issue. Quite often when my team suggested an improvement that would simplify and speed up our work it happened not long after which is perfect for us.
Read full review Anytime we have had any issues there team is very quick to respond and helo us through any issues that may arise. This is quite unique as much other software that we use if we end up needing assistance we either have to wait days/weeks for an answer or we outright get no answers from them.

PandaDoc for some time before moving to NiftyQuoter. The difference in results, interface intuitiveness, and time saved was what made NiftyQuoter stick.
Read full review Return on Investment I have saved hundreds of hours working in Loopio instead of answering RFP's on my own. This has allowed me to spend other hours elsewhere. Having an RFP management tool has been an incredible timesaver The creation and management of questions has also saved me hours of time in searching out tough questions to answer and has also saved my colleagues time as well since we don't need to collaborate to find answers. Have had some issues with downloading the proposal in a readable format for clients to view. I've sometimes had to go back and figure out what went wrong when exporting which can be frustrating- especially when dealing with very tight deadlines.
