Luigi's Box vs. Prodport

Luigi's Box works really well for businesses such as ours, which is an ecommerce website, where our customers may need help and guidance during searching, as there is no physical presence, and where the search recognizes synonyms and mis-spellings, providing a more personalised and customer friendly shopping experience. I don't think Luigi's Box would be appropriate for organizations who offer bespoke products or services.

It's easy to work with the team, the setup was fast, it didn't slow down my site and the results helped us improve our layout and visuals

• High price for small businesses with limited budget

As I mentioned in the previous points, Luigis Box helped us to improve the overall services for our customers, whether in the area of ​​product search, optimization of various processes, improvement of service quality, etc. Within our company, all of us who work with him are really satisfied with him. If we were to recommend the tool we use to other companies, Luigi's Box would be a clear choice for us :)

The price is a lot better than Clerk, and the speed of integration is much simpler. Our IT team had so many issues intergating Clerk and the price kept on increasing. Whereas with Luigi's Box it was the exact opposite. Price is good for the system you receive and the integration is easy.

• Visitors have no problem finding the product or service they are looking for on the web.
• The visitor has no problem finding specific documents and contracts.
• Negative impact is, that Luigi's Box is not part of our web, it's a tool for searching, so if visitor write some term and presses enter, he is already out of Luigi's Box results.
