Overall Satisfaction with Luigi's Box

We use Luigi's Box to improve searching on our website via the search bar, and use the analytics section to find out what are trending searches and what are non-converting searches. The searching is intuitive and displays results for the customer quickly and clearly. The ability to recognise synonyms and mis-spellings to still show accurate results is great for our customers. This is especially helpful for our customers who don't have the time to search through sections on our website looking for the products that they need, and leads to more conversions overall. The customization tools are also very good.
The analytics section allows us to improve product development for trending products, and also for using the boost function to get the products that we know are likely to convert in front of the customer.

Pros

  • Great analytics section showing trending searches and non-converting searches, aiding in future product development and our priorities for what products we want to show the customer.
  • The boost function which allows us to prioritise showing customers certain products over others, which improves conversions.

Cons

  • More payment options, such as being able to pay by direct debit would be advantageous.
  • Even further customization options for displaying results.
  • Search results could be even more specific and narrowed down.
  • The analytics section has allowed us to use the boost function to show popular products based on trending searches, leading to increased order conversions.
  • The analytics section showing trending searches has been useful to us in deciding future product development which will hopefully help to increase sales as well
  • By showing our customers relevant search results quickly and easily, this has also helped to keep customers on our site for longer and leading to more successful sales
Luigi's Box was easy to implement to our site and offered lots of customization options. The search results are then laid out clearly for our customers to view in the searching section, or they can view all results with a click. The analytics section is also easy to access and navigate, with tools for increasing our sales and improving the business. Customer service are very helpful as well, with no delays.

In my opinion, Luigi's Box is superior. It was much easier to implement, customer service was better, the search results are much more accurate, the customization options are much more advanced, the analytics section is superior and the price for all of the tools that Luigi's Box has to offer is extremely reasonable. We did also try to build our own product in house, but this proved very difficult and complicated to get the results we wanted.

Luigi's Box works really well for businesses such as ours, which is an ecommerce website, where our customers may need help and guidance during searching, as there is no physical presence, and where the search recognizes synonyms and mis-spellings, providing a more personalised and customer friendly shopping experience.
I don't think Luigi's Box would be appropriate for organizations who offer bespoke products or services.
