Overall Satisfaction with Luigi's Box

Luigi's Box resolves several problems for our business. The product resolves the issue of customer mispelling their search terms or the customer calling the item something different to what we call it, for example the cusotmer may call it a sink plug, and we name it a basin waste, with our previous search facility this would not have found the items the customer was looking for as it was very specific, Luigi's Box resolves this as it will pull what the customers looking for via its smart technology. Luigi's Box also helps us to discover what search terms are being commonly looked for so if we do not sell these items we can look to expand our range to include popular things our customers are looking for.

Pros

  • Luigi's Box finds a choice of products to display to the customers based on their search term.
  • Luigi's Box picks up on spelling mistakes and similar terms to help the customers find what they need without frustration
  • this helps us find out what the customers are regularly searching for and what our potential customers need.

Cons

  • More choice for customisation and layout would be good.
  • More payment options for example the choice to pay via direct debit.
  • This has had a positive impact meaning more sales have been made by customers as they have found what they needed far easier.
  • The search box also allows us to find items very quickly when customers have enquiries etc meaning we can process an order far quicker.
The intergration was very easy and the every day usage of the platform is very simple and user friendly. The usability from the customers side is excellent and could not be any easier. The analytics are easy to understand and use and allows us to easily process data. I would highly recommend this product.

Luigi's Box is particularly suited to scenarios where items may be called more than one thing, either by different brands or within the industry compared to what the customer may call it, the ability to pick out synonyms etc means its still able to find suitable products even when referred to differently.
